Ya this is true that grazing is more profitale as compare to stall fed goats because in grazing system animal feed the grasses on free and waste lands but in stall fed we have to manage the fodder and feeder of animals but if we think on commercial level goat farming business than no doubt stall fed is profitable and suitable for today’s farmer. You know why because now a days the demand of goat meat and goat milk is very high and the supply is low.
Farmers are adopting and participating in the campains organised by governements. Their are lot of advantages of stall fed goat farming, farmer are using animal manure for vermicompost units and selling on higher prices than only manure, meat goats gain more weight than grazing system, good supervision on week animals and many more things.
